We will send through detailed check-in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival, access will be via a digital door lock or key safe. All of our Holiday Homes have a compendium/property manual onsite that covers particulars about the property and general housekeeping information.

All of our holiday homes are self-catered. We do however leave you with a selection of kitchen essentials (salt and pepper, sugar, olive oil, coffee beans, tea bags, cling wrap, alfoil), home care products (surface cleaner, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry liquid, kitchen cloth, dishwash brush, rubbish bags), and personal care products (toilet paper, hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) for your convenience.

All linen is professionally laundered and supplied, however please bring your own towels for the pool or beach during your stay.

Yes, if you are booking one of our pet friendly properties. Please check the holiday home listing to ensure that it is pet friendly prior to booking.

All of our properties are equipped with a porta/travel cot and a highchair/seat raiser for your convenience.

Check in time is 1500 hours (3pm on day of arrival). On occasion if bookings allow, we can offer an early check in, however this is not the norm, and we cannot guarantee an early check in until close to your check in date. Unlike a hotel or resort where all inventory (including spare rooms) is located in the one place inclusive of resources (staff/cleaners), we operate unique assets across the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland with our cleaning team needing to travel between properties with the cleaning window between guests being limited. As all of our properties are self check-in, you can arrive late at any time after 3pm on date of arrival.

Check out time is 1000 hours (10am on day of check out). Prior to check out and during your stay we will send you through detailed check out instructions. On occasion if bookings allow, we can offer a late check out, however this is not the norm, and we cannot guarantee a late check out until close to your check out date. Unlike a hotel or resort where all inventory (including spare rooms) is located in the one place inclusive of resources (staff/cleaners), we operate unique assets across the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland with our cleaning team needing to travel between properties with the cleaning window between guests being limited.

All of our holiday homes are equipped with the basic requirements for food preparation at a minimum. Please check individual listings for additional inclusions and appliances.

Unless otherwise stated, all of our holiday homes have free Wifi. We will send through log in details as part of our detailed check in instructions sent through 24 hours prior to arrival. Each property also has an A4 frame with the Wifi details and a QR code for your convenience.

Please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

No, all of our properties are non-smoking.

For longer stays (more than 14 days) we charge an additional cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Guests are still expected to maintain the property during their stay.

We have a rental agreement that needs to be digitally signed by the booking guest prior to stay.

We have a strictly no parties policy. We ask all guests to be conscientious of our neighbours and respect their right to the quiet amenity of their properties and neighbourhood. Sunshine Coast Council has a quiet period between 10pm and 7am. Loud music, excessive noise, or additional people/cars will be reported to the host immediately, resulting in booking cancellation. Strictly no bottles or glass are to be taken into pool areas.
